Refund policy

WendyMaynard.com and Maven Marketing LLC Programs, Products & Services Refund Policy

Your satisfaction with your Program, Product or Service is important to us.

Yet, because of the extensive time, effort, preparation, and care that goes into creating and/or providing our Programs, Products, Services and Program Materials, we have a very strict refund policy.

Most of our content is digital and therefore, a lengthy refund policy could result in the theft of our materials.

The C.A.S.H. Formula: Refunds for purchases may be issued upon written request to clientcare@wendymaynard.com only within the first 14 days of purchase. All refunds are discretionary and are intended to provide the customer with an opportunity to see the course’s value without risk, not download materials they plan to use later after a refund is issued.

In order for us to consider issuing a refund, the customer must prove they have put work into the course by applying the methods taught to their business first. We do not offer a standard refund policy on this program. However, in extenuating circumstances where you require a refund, you must submit proof that you did the work in the course with all completed homework and show that it did not work for you. If you request a refund and do not include your coursework by 11:59 pm PST of the 14th day, you will not be granted a refund. 

No refunds will be provided more than 14 days following the date of purchase. If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund by the end of the 14th day, you are required to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan. All payments must be made on a timely basis.

*Note: As mentioned above, all refunds are discretionary. If you just downloaded the training material (pdfs, audios, videos, and/or etc), and then promptly asked for a refund, we reserve the right to deny your refund request.

The point of this policy is to give people the chance to try the system, and if it doesn’t work, they can get their money back. It wasn’t designed to enable people to steal the training material.

Furthermore, if it is clear that your homework is incomplete or that you did not implement the strategies taught in the course, your refund will be denied. However, we will still help and support you in order to get you results.
