Please read the following statement carefully before enrolling in any of our Affiliate and/or Ambassador Programs. Check back periodically to review any changes, modifications, additions, or deletions that may occur from time to time without notice.
The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) shall govern your participation in our Affiliate Programs in all programs owned by Maven Marketing, LLC (“Company” “we” “our”), a United States based company.
Commission
As an affiliate you will earn a commission as set by Maven Marketing LLC.
Maven Marketing LLC reserves the right to change the commission rate/bonus content at any time without notice.
Maven Marketing LLC also reserves the right to alter the commission rate for any one affiliate without notice.
Affiliate Acceptance
In order to be an Affiliate and/or Ambassador, you must apply and be approved by Maven Marketing LLC. Maven Marketing LLC reserves the right to accept, enroll, and unenroll any affiliate or potential affiliate from the program at any time without notice.
Any behavior that breaches the Terms of Use can result in immediate termination of an affiliate partner.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their details are correct and up to date.
Payout
Affiliates will be paid out directly by Teachable to the PayPal account they nominate. Maven Marketing LLC is not responsible for acting on behalf of your payment provider. Affiliates are paid on the first of each month (or closest business day) for all affiliate sales made over 30 days prior to that date, a schedule made necessary by Teachable’s 30-day refund policy.
Affiliates will not be paid if a student requests and receives a refund within the 30-day money-back guarantee period. Affiliate commissions are paid in USD less Teachable fees. Any resulting PayPal fees or other fees associated with receiving the payment are absorbed by the affiliate themselves.
If a student pays in full, Affiliates will receive their full commission. If a student opts into a payment plan, Affiliates get paid in increments according to specific plan.
Cookie Tracking
The affiliate is responsible for ensuring they are using and promoting the correct link as found in the affiliate dashboard in their WendyMaynard account.
Referrals made using incorrect or broken links will not be paid a commission. The Teachable default cookie period is set by Teachable and can change at any time. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring they keep up to date with the period of tracking.
Affiliates understand that referrals that are placed on different devices or different browsers can result in commission not being tracked or paid out on. If a user clears their cache and purchases, then the referral will not be tracked or paid out on.
